Very romantic environment with patio seatings and there're live bands occasionally. I would give it very good environment(3) if not because of dust on some interior decorations (yeah that's right, I'm kinda picky :p). On some special days, Serafina provides menus for that specific day only, ever! For example, I had their 666 dinner on 06/06/2006, and 777 dinner on 07/07/2007 (7 stands for 7 sins). Remember to take a walk by the breath taking lake union after dinner :)
The price is reasonable. Depends on how much you can handle, ranges from $30 to $80 (USD) per person.
