成分：
1 罐（430克）脱水的嘴豆
1/3杯柠檬汁
1/4杯芝麻酱糊
3 汤匙切好的绿洋葱
2 汤匙切平的香菜叶
1/4汤匙绞细的孜然芹
2 个去皮的大蒜瓣
调味的盐和新鲜黑胡椒粉
香菜根或马铃薯（点缀）
四开的Lavosh (饼干面包)或者皮塔饼面包
做法：
1 将豆和柠檬酱、芝麻酱、洋葱、香菜、孜然芹和大蒜一起放进搅拌机或者食物加工机。
2 加盐和胡椒再搅拌，然后放进一个碗里，盖好冷冻。
3 享用前用一圈香菜或马铃薯来点缀，铺在lavosh或者皮塔饼面包上。
