做法:
1 炒洋葱、大蒜、露兜树叶子和咖喱叶子直到洋葱呈金褐色,加上鱼并用咖喱粉和盐调味。
2 盖好鱼以低火烤20分钟,这过程中时不时翻动一下鱼,不要搅拌,因为这样会把熟鱼片戳散。
