成分:
2 杯奶油
250克糖
3 片凝胶
1 片香草豆
8 汤匙水
少量胡椒
做法:
第一步:做胶糖:在锅里的水中放200克糖,慢慢煮沸不像胶糖呈浅褐色,将糖浆变成这种形式。
第二步:将凝胶放在冷水中,混合奶油、糖和香草豆,并煮沸。
第三步:用低火煮沸至少5分钟,拿出香草,加科涅克酒和凝胶,并混合好,做成准备好的样子。
第四步:放进贮藏容器冰冻之前用室温置冷,至少两个小时。
