成分:
30 克人造黄油
40 克切成条的洋葱
200克白面粉
10 1/2杯牛肉汤
7/8杯红酒
1 汤匙调味的盐和胡椒
90 克切成碎片的sprinz(或者其它的瑞士奶酪)
做法:
第一步:
- 将洋葱切成条。
- 将面粉放在锅里,再将锅放入烤箱以最高火烤到呈深褐色。
- 置冷面粉。
第二步:
- 烤洋葱和人造黄油。
- 搅面粉并混和好。
- 稍微置冷。
- 搅拌好肉汤(或者牛肉汤)。
- 加红酒,煮沸一个小时。
- 在一个搅拌机里以低速小心搅汤,直到非常均匀。
- 放回钵里,调下盐和胡椒。
- 和碎奶酪一起食用。
