烤酱鸡 (Broiled or Grilled Marinated Chicken)

成分:
1 汤匙新鲜的胡椒粉                       
3 汤匙切碎的芫荽根
3 汤匙剁碎的大蒜(3 瓣)                      
3 汤匙鱼酱
2 磅鸡腿或者鸡胸-去皮和油脂的                  
3 汤匙中国清淡的大豆酱油
2 汤匙新鲜橙汁 
做法:
第一步:用搅拌机或者食品加工机混合芫荽根、鱼酱、大豆酱油、橙汁、胡椒和大蒜,搅拌均匀后倒进一个浅浅的非铝制的盘子里,加鸡肉并均匀覆盖一层腌泡汁,盖好并在冰箱里腌泡最少1个小时最多8个小时,并时不时搅动一下。
第二步:预热烤炉或者准备木炭或者煤气,将鸡肉脱水并保留腌泡汁用来涂油,用一个微微涂油的的烤架烤鸡肉10分钟,架子需距离火3英寸左右,翻转鸡肉并涂上保存的腌泡汁,没用完的丢弃,烤10到15分钟或者到外面呈褐色而里面也不在是粉红,就可以吃了。
