成分:
24 只虾
2 杯水
1 1/2磅中国新鲜米粉
2 包洗过的豆芽
几片切成头发状的碎片rau ram叶子(laksa-叶)
1/2 根去皮并切成火柴杆状的黄瓜
做法:
第一步:将虾和水倒进深锅,煮沸后用文火煮2分钟再脱水,保留汤水用于Laksa Gravy。
第二步:去虾皮和肠。
第三步:准备米粉,在沸水中煮米粉3分钟,再分开放到单独的饭碗里,最上面放豆芽,然后是米粉,用虾、越南香菜和黄瓜点缀。
备注:越南有着强烈、油滑的香味,没有它这碗汤面面条会失去独特的风味。
