成分：
110克奶油干酪，软化过的
2 汤匙酸奶酪
1 汤匙蜂蜜
1 汤匙桔子块，磨碎的
1 个苹果（新西兰太平洋玫瑰，新西兰嘎纳，或者其它的）
12 块切成片的煎饼（1/4 英寸厚）
1/2杯切成片的草莓
做法：
1 在一个小碗里用电搅拌机混合奶油干酪、酸奶酪、蜂蜜和桔子块，并把煎饼片平摊在混合物上。
2 去掉苹果核并切成块。
3 做三明治：把苹果片放在四片蛋糕上，平均分配，上面再放4片蛋糕，紧随的是草莓片，再用剩下的面包片覆盖，斜着把三明治切成两半再插上一根做装饰的鹤嘴锄。
4 立即食用或者用塑料包好放进冰箱。
