小鸡豌豆汤 (Chick Pea Soup)

成分:
4  杯干小鸡豌豆(鹰嘴豆)或者110-400克罐装并脱水的
4  杯水和鸡汤
2  汤匙发酵粉
2-3个洋葱,切好的
1  杯橄榄油
少量柠檬片
少量调味的胡椒和盐
做法:
   在温水中浸泡豆子一晚上,脱水并撒上发酵粉放15分钟,然后用热水清洗,再用两根手指一次剥几个豆子的皮(去掉皮)并放进过滤器彻底清洗几分钟。洗好后放进一个有足够水或鸡汤的大罐子里煮沸,当水位升起的时候撇掉泡沫,加洋葱、盐和胡椒,盖好用文火煮到豆子裂开,大约90分钟到两个小时,配柠檬片趁热吃。
