成分:
2 杯牛奶
1/2 杯糖
1 鸡蛋,搅好的
1/2 杯黄油
1 汤匙盐
2 汤匙干酵母
6 杯面粉
250 克干杏子
1/3 杯糖
1/4 汤匙柠檬汁
1 1/2汤匙黄
面团做法:在一个大长柄锅里烫好牛奶,加糖、鸡蛋、黄油和盐,将混合物置冷到115-120度,同时在一个大碗里用温牛奶混合物溶解酵母,逐渐加面粉揉成很软的面团,然后盖好让它膨化到2倍----大约1个小时,再将面团做成直径2"的球,分开放在2" 的润油烤纸上,盖好再让它涨,直到再变成2个那么大—大约30到45分钟,涨好后将每个球心做成锯齿状,再将做好的馅填进去,放在350度的烤箱里烤20到25分钟。
馅做法:将杏子放在在一个大长柄锅里,加适量水煮熟(大约20分钟),然后去水放进搅拌机或者食品加工机做成汤,再将汤和糖、柠檬汁和黄油混合在锅里,以中火加热直到黄油溶化。
