成分:
2300克新鲜的贻贝
2 杯白干酒
1 个切好的洋葱
1 把香菜茎
香料:1/4 汤匙百里香、1/6汤匙胡椒粉、1/2汤匙月桂树叶
做法:
第一步:在水中清洗贻贝10分钟。
第二步:将洋葱、香菜、香料放入煎锅中,洒上酒并煮3分钟。
第三步:加上蚌,盖好锅盖,用高火再煮5分钟,把贻贝从头到脚翻一两次。
第四步:当壳张开时,关掉火并洒上剁碎的香菜,扔掉没有张开的贻贝。
第五步:放入汤盘里,配上面包和黄油。
推荐酒:白干酒比如麝香干白葡萄酒,young Riesling,波尔多白葡萄酒(法国酒指南)。
