4 杯面粉
1 杯黄油
1 杯半褐色糖
1 汤匙盐
4 汤匙发酵粉
1 汤匙 肉桂
1/8汤匙丁香
1/8汤匙肉豆蔻
1/8汤匙姜末
1/8汤匙黑胡椒
少量牛奶
做法:
第一步:焯杏仁( 可选择的)或者蜜饯水果皮(可选择的 )
第二步:将烤箱预热到325度,将除焯杏仁和蜜饯水果皮之外所有的原料混合在一起,加牛奶直到成为可以卷出的硬面团,卷成薄片再将焯杏仁和蜜饯水果皮抹在上面,如果愿意,可以切成2到4英寸的长方形,放在涂油的烤纸上,烤到微微变成褐色。
备注:Speculaas是一种传统的荷兰饼干或者是圣尼古拉斯前夕(12月5号)烤的小饼。
