丹麦巧克力蛋筒 (Chocolate-Gilded Sugar Cones)

成分:
1/2 杯黄油或者人造黄油—软化的
1/2 杯糖
1/2 杯通用面粉
  2 个鸡蛋白
  1 汤匙香草
85  克苦中带甜的巧克力
1/2 杯半甜的巧克力片
做法:
    第一步:将烤箱预热到400度,在4块饼干纸上放大量的油,将黄油和糖在一个大碗里搅拌直到打稀和蓬松。搅拌面粉,在一个清洁干净的碗里将蛋白搅到起泡,搅拌黄油混合物和香草。
    第二步:用测量汤匙放4堆生面团在准备好的饼干纸上,4"分开,用滴了水的汤匙反面将面堆伸展到直径3",一次烤一张,大约5到6分钟或者边缘几乎呈金黄色(不要过长烤饼干脆得太快很难变形)从烤箱中拿出,用细刮刀从饼干纸上松开每块饼干,将每块做成圆锥的形状,圆锥置冷后就会坚硬(如果饼干太硬了不能变形,放回烤箱软化几分钟)。
    第三步:用高火在一个小碗里融化巧克力,不要煮沸,加水搅拌均匀,当所有的饼干都烤好并制冷的。在向外开的一端滴上溶好的巧克力,放到巧克力成型,如果必要,可以将锥形饼干竖放在碗里(有必要加大约 1“ 糖在碗底支撑他们直立)。
