做法：
准备2到3千克章鱼并提前煮一下，煮好了混合300毫升的1玻璃碗上好橄榄油，1到2个柠檬的汁水（品尝一下如果味道合适就不要再放了），盐、胡椒、足量的切好的大蒜、大葱、韭菜和香菜。调味剂必须含有香料，当章鱼熟了，先脱水，然后切成大块，如果还是温热的就把调味剂调进去，室温享用这道沙拉，配一些硬面包。
