1/2 汤匙红花螺纹
1/2 杯纯橄榄油（1 20 毫升）
1/2 杯白酒醋（1 20 毫升）
1 西班牙洋葱，切成片的
2 大蒜瓣，压碎的
1/4 杯香菜，切好的
1 汤匙百里香
1 汤匙柠檬汁
少量盐和胡椒
备注：没有加这个叫chimichuri的可口腌泡汁的阿根廷asado或者烤肉不算正宗的，它类似于多种香料的调味汁加了红花螺纹更有原始味道。
阿根廷淹泡汁做法：
用这个配家禽或者贝壳，加热之前在最上面撒上涂有大蒜调味奶油的面包片。
将螺纹磨成粉浸泡在柠檬汁中20分钟。用搅拌机混合所有的原料在装进馆子盖好保存。
